One Table Florence Back to One Table

The food behind One Table.

Every year somebody asks what we're cooking. Here is the answer, written down and scaled for a crowd.

These are the actual recipes off the One Table Florence line, the ones hundreds of volunteers make at home and carry to Timrod Park on Thanksgiving morning. Cook them for your own table, or make a pan for ours. Both are the point.

Making one for the table?

One pan is the whole job. Make it at home in your own kitchen, bring it to the Lawton-Chase House, 558 Spruce Street on Thanksgiving morning between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m., and go enjoy your day. Each pan feeds about a dozen people.

Due to possible allergies, no nuts please.

One Table Florence is not a closed model. These recipes, the quantities and the drop-off system are free to copy. If you are trying to set a community table where you live, take all of it, and write to [email protected] if it would help to talk to someone who has done it three times.
